This gaming chair is extremely comfortable. I am 5’5 and around 175. So the alignment of the pillows is very comfortable. It helps with my back and makes me feel comfortable after sitting for a long time.

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.
