**This chair was for my husband and he was traveling for work when it was delivered so the chair wasn't assembled until 9/19** Review date 9/20: I ordered this chair on 9/4/21, Saturday, late in the evening - so I would think the processing date would really be 9/6/21, Monday... and it was delivered on 9/16/21, Thursday (via FedEx Ground). Great turnaround, thumbs up. The original delivery date was supposed to be 9/13/21, Monday - but that's on FedEx, not the company - and I feel that the 9/16 delivery date was still a great turnaround. UNFORTUNATELY, a part is missing. It's the piston cover. *technically* the chair can be fully assembled without this part, but: #1 for the cost we expect all parts to be included, and #2 - that cover keeps dust/dirt out of the piston/grease so we have no idea really how integral that may be to the longevity of using the chair (and considering the cost, we want it to be a looong time) The chair is currently in 2 pieces and will remain that way for an unknown number of days - - - because I can't just speak to a customer service rep on the phone& get this shipped out asap. Nope, I have to submit a "ticket" through their system and then someone will contact me... etc. That's disappointing - BUT not the end of the world IF we can receive the correct part ASAP. The chair itself is "WELL MADE & HEAVY DUTY" are the words my husband used. He's highly impressed with the structural integrity of this chair & he's an engineer, so he knows. He's also a BIG guy at 6'3"/280 lbs and has full confidence that this chair will be great for a long time. (I hope he's right). I'm going to submit the ticket for the missing part & hopefully all goes well/quickly.
