Super simple installation. Never seen such good product with such an easy installation process. 3 star because the tools package had no labels what so ever. Had to figure out which bolt goes where.

This chair is absolutely comfortable to sit on. It's soft, the armrests are height adjustable which I can't confirm myself as I haven't tried it, but I'd like to point it out anyway) and the material always goes back to its original position. The cushion provides very good support when sitting and helps you sit up straight, which is comfortable for your back. The neck pillow is also very comfortable. The seat cushion itself is made of leather and looks very elegant.

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!
