This chair is pretty comfortable and I love the back and neck pad. They really add more comfort. I love that the arm rests move in every direction. Definitely recommend this chair or any product from dxracer!

Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
