This is a very comfortable and supportive chair. At 5'9", 230 lbs I'm not so easy on a chair but this one fits wonderfully and supports my lower back superbly. I'm in it 8+ hours a day and have not the least bit of a backache. This seat on the other hand is not as overall soft but is so much more supportive and firm where it needs to be and my back loves it. The neck pillow is adjustable and fits perfectly under my neck for my height although it can be adjusted higher for taller folks. I also have broad shoulders and that area fits perfectly. I am well pleased with this chair and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

12/05/2016 and now 04/04/2016 the chair has been retired, never broke never had any issues, these GEN 1 dxracers were good but the cushions are flat and the fabrics are beyond stained... beer mostly, milk, food, sweat, boogies and people and friends on it. I believe that to be 7+ years out of a chair i think those years were worth the $300 spent. R.I.P. DXRACER.
