The chair is pretty comfortable, especially with the 4d lumbar support on it.

Perfect packaging. The entire chair is filled with premium components. It's a bit firm but very comfortable. The only thing I miss is having wheels with brakes to use with racing simulator pedals, but no chairs come with them, and they have to be purchased separately from third-party sellers.
