I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Easy to assemble I wish they had a little more padding on the chair. I have added some memory foam to sit on and it is great. This was well worth the price. It’s comfortable enough as it is you can nap in it but I still recommend adding some padding to the base.

I had a smooth experience ordering my new chair from Dxracer. I chose the Guild Wars 2 edition, and it arrived in 4-5 days, with FedEx providing updates the entire time.
