The chair is great. It exceed the basic need that it was purchased for.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Two of my friends have a DXRacer chair, and they both recommended it to me. Definitely the best decision! It feels like such great quality. I had a chair from Amazon before, and it was awful. This one is super comfortable and sturdy, and I can tell it’ll last me a long time.
