I particularly appreciate how simple it is to adjust the armrests. The chair's comfort is further enhanced by the head pillow and lumbar support. My hardwood floor isn't damaged by the smooth wheels. The chair's assembly was simple and all the necessary equipment was provided. I finished it in approximately 20 minutes.
