I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I’m really happy with my DXRacer Tank purchase. The comfort is on another level, and I’m definitely seated comfortably now! The only thing I’d change is that the seat could go a little higher, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’d definitely recommend this chair. The customer service was outstanding too—my initial back part wasn’t aligned properly, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I got my money’s worth.

Love it. Perfect for individuals like myself who work and play for extended periods. In comparison to my previous gaming chair, Craft is a great upgrade. As well as being very adjustable, it provides exceptional comfort.
