I was suffering from lower back pain and i was truly happy when I started using this. If want to relax adjust it and sleep. Assembling was fun, myself with kids did that work in 30 minutes. Quality wise better. I would say this is the best chair i sit so far during my computer job for last 15 years.

I have a Racing Model chair from 2020. The Drifting lift cylinder was the replacement part I was told I needed. It works great, and following a few steps, it was easy to install. However, I do want to point out that it is a good bit taller than the original part, they do not swap out exactly.
