All the pieces and parts were packaged with care. Everything went together perfectly. The chair has great adjustable lumbar support and it's so comfortable. I use this chair approximately 8 to 10 hours a day with no issues. It's been about 2 weeks now since I ordered the chair. So far, its amazing. This is a great chair and in my opinion it's definitely worth the price.

I sat on it for 12+ hours a day during my studies and now use it in my home office. Very nice chair!
