The mesh material permits airflow, so you are constantly cool. I did not anticipate using the headrest, but it is quite comfortable and adaptable.

The ergonomic are nice with plenty of lumbar support. The parts and materials of the chair feel strong and durable. I feel confident in the longetivty of this chair so far.
