Even though we've only had it for a short time, the real results of using it indicate that it is a great chair at an excellent price. Over time, we will find out how well it performs. Later, I'll add a review.

The fact that Dxracer is still supporting parts for a 5-year-old, out of warranty chair is great! The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!

The wheels glide quietly. It's really comfortable and have no problems if I sit in it for hours on it.
