The memory foam headrest not only provides excellent support for my cervical spine but also a nice, cool feeling.

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.

It's the best chair I have ever owned. It is very comfortable and I like it.
