The chair may be swiveled and slid easily. It fits my lifestyle, and is pleasant to the touch.

Chair feels very sturdy and is very helpful for my posture. Construction was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. Glad I have a Secret Lab quality chair without paying Secret Lab prices.
