I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The workmanship is good. The leather feels good and of high quality and the plastic coverings in some places don't look cheap either. I couldn't find any scratches or other damage. Overall, everything makes a stable and high-quality impression.

I am extremely pleased with it! This chair is more than just a piece of furniture, it's a real investment in comfort and ergonomics.
