I went with DXRacer chairs because of their reputation for great customer support and the comfort of the chair. When an issue came up that wasn’t covered by the warranty, they quickly responded and helped me out, which just reinforced why I chose them in the first place.

The chair came incredibly quickly. The back fits my shoulder very well and the base is soft but firm.

So far, I’m really digging this chair—my buddies have some, so I’m confident it’s gonna hold up for a few years. The instructions were solid, but the assembly video was a game changer since I’m more of a see-it-to-get-it kinda guy. Only hiccup was the delivery guy dropped it off at the wrong apartment building, and the box was very heavy to move.
