It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. I'm really happy with this new chair and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come!

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. In terms of stitching and cutting, the quality is second to none; it looks great! I also really like the neck and back cushions; they're supportive. I love these armrests and how they work. Not only are they of superior quality, but they are also quite solid. When you tilt the backrest to the rear, it locks into place securely and provides sturdy support!
