The chair was a fantastic buy, as it works well with little to no struggle. Building the seat wasn't a problem, and in fact, was a lot more straight forward that a lot of other office chairs that I have built in the past. It comes with fantastic back support that can be switched out, (think pillows that you can un-click and move and what not) and has the power to recline at will with the tug of a metal piece!It's fantastically comfortable and realistically going to last me a long time, I would imagine, as my last chair I had with a shifty office one that lasted me for five years before making me get a new one. Loving this product!
