This has been the best chair I have purchased. It looks great and was comfortable from the start. No back ache and I don't feel like I have to keep changing positions to work comfortably.

The chair came incredibly quickly. The back fits my shoulder very well and the base is soft but firm.

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!
