Very comfortable, even for extended periods of sitting. You can't beat this for the price and style.

Chair feels very sturdy and is very helpful for my posture. Construction was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow. Glad I have a Secret Lab quality chair without paying Secret Lab prices.

I researched a lot of chairs and saw many YouTube videos where it's suggested to buy a good office chair but I suggest the opposite. This is a superior chair in my opinion.
