The lumbar support is my favorite part of the chair because I can adjust its depth and height to make it perfect for me.

What a chair! Very nicely labeled parts, directions and above all the quality of the materials and the entire chair. This should be one of the top selling chairs anywhere it is sold. All the features that I needed are in it, and I can sit comfortably and work or game in it for hours, without a doubt.

Nothing is broken, everything still works. The chair is comfortable and looks cool. My back is not complaining at all. I think that's enough to recommend the chair.
