My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.

The lumbar support is so convenient to be able to adjust the level of support with just a simple turn of a knob.
