Very happy with the chair. I work from home and use the chair often after hours for my own projects so both of us use them a lot. The paper coming with it says standard 40 hour work week. Take lots of breaks no matter what. But comfortable for the long run if it's what you need. I hope this review is helpful.

Great chair. I’m 6’1 300 pounds so I’m a pretty large guy. This chair has held up easily with no issues. This one has been a great investment so far.
