This is a great chair. It's comfortable and sturdy. The only reason it is rated 4 stars and not 5 is because I would like it to go up a little higher.

This new chair is amazing. I can easily adjust the height of the armrests. The cushions are nice and firm. The reclining of the chair works well. The moment I sat I felt relief already.
