Comfy, not a cushion you sink into, but is firm and holds well for hours. Love the full tilting back and the removable cushions. Downside is that if you are tall, around 6' the chair is too short.

Very user-friendly, highly moveable backrest and armrests that lock and hold steady and pleasant. Greatly improves posture for use in gaming and work.
