I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I decided to purchase seven of these DXRacer chairs for our office. We've had cheap and mid-range chairs in the past, but these are on a whole different level. The quality is unmatched—no creaks, squeaks, or rattles. They're incredibly comfortable to sit in all day, and I leave the office feeling as fresh as when I walked in.
