Assembly was simple! I've been using it for a month without any issues.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. Absolutely amazing! Comfortable, great quality and didn't take long to put together! Construction is still solid. it was large enough to fit me perfectly. I can sit for hours without hurting and when I need a break! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quality comfortable chair for long-hour use!
