I am finding the chair more comfortable now that I am getting used to it. I lean back all day every day and put lots of pressure on it.

As someone who spends a lot of time sitting and designing, I can't recommend this company enough to anyone looking for a new chair. Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
