Dxracer makes a great product. I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday. Assembly takes a little while, but it’s definitely worth it. Delivered very quickly.

I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. I have owned a DXrRacer since 2018 and have really liked that chair. After so long, I had broken the lumbar system and started to really wear out the upholstery so I've been looking for a replacement. I was not disappointed. After a long time, I broke the back system and the upholstery became pretty worn out, so I've been trying to get a new one. I wasn't disappointed. But, for the several hundred dollars difference I can't complain about any of it.
