I have meetings all day and get up minimally during the day. My butt did not complain at all with this cushioned seat! I have used this for a week now and have had no back pain at all!

The chair is very nice and is height adjustable for complete comfort. The armrests are also adjustable to keep them at the right height for the work table. Assembly was very easy following the instructions and it was assembled in 20 minutes.
