At the end of the day, I am no longer stiff and sore. I love the lumbar support and the headrest!

Assembly is simple and easy to follow thanks to the included instructions. Just follow the step-by-step instructions and you won't have any further problems. You may need a second person to put it on what I call the height adjuster.
