The hydraulic cylinder that I ordered came in within a few days, replacing the old one took me about 30 min with a hammer. Now my chair won't sink down randomly anymore, the leatherette holds up pretty well after 5 years, no cracking to my surpise. Will buy another chair from Dxracer again when it's time!
