The chair is comfortable and suits my needs. I've been very satisfied with this chair over the last few weeks.

The most comfortable chair I've owned. Several hours of working in and gaming in.

I like the chair, however, having a separate cushion for the lumbar support doesn't really work well. It fell over every time I got up. There should be lumbar support built into the back of the chair. I also had to add an ergonomic seat cushion because the seat was very hard. This solved the issue of the lumbar support falling down when I got up because I tucked it behind the seat cushion to hold it in place, but the lumbar support at that low height resting directly on the chair is way too low for a proper lumbar support. It would be well worth paying more for a chair with the lumbar support in the chair and a much softer seat cushion. I like the way the rest of the chair functions, such as the arm rests and way the sides of the chair wrap around.
