We are both heavier people and the chair is very comfortable. We are also 5’3” and 5’6” and the chair can go low enough for us. I would recommend it.

Upon getting the chair, the assembly process was very simple. From my perspective, there is no cause for complaint. The initial days, weeks, and months were highly satisfactory. This chair surpasses all other (office) chairs in terms of comfort, based on my own experience.
