We felt that assembly could have been smoother had the holes been made cleaner but overall the process was worth it. I would definitely recommend!

I just finished putting it together; it probably took me half an hour or so. I like the firmness and support of the chair itself (which I'm sitting in as I type this), a significant improvement over my old office chair.

I think the price is very reasonable. I've seen chairs that cost twice or three times more than this and can't compete with this one. Clear buying advice.
