Product arrived well packed and in great condition. It took about 30 minutes to assemble. Instructions were clear and all necessary parts and tools were included. I would purchase again.

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!

Easy to assemble I wish they had a little more padding on the chair. I have added some memory foam to sit on and it is great. This was well worth the price. It’s comfortable enough as it is you can nap in it but I still recommend adding some padding to the base.
