I agree with the 5-star reviews. High-quality chair. The heavyweight alone and the large size of the box make a good impression. Quick and easy to assemble. Very smooth-running castors. Everything is adjustable.

I am finding the chair more comfortable now that I am getting used to it. I lean back all day every day and put lots of pressure on it.
