I use this mostly for work sitting 8 hours a day. It’s very comfortable and adjustable. The head padding is great when you need to lean back and relax. Great price. Highly recommended.

Replaced the pivot mechanism again, due to extreme use. Fit like a glove, and fits on older chair models too!
