I have an older model (~8 years) and one of the wheelbase arms broke off. DXRacer was responsive to my email question and told me which base would work with my model. The assembly of this gaming chair was a breeze. This chair is really comfortable! Just sitting on the seat, which is not too soft nor too firm, is a wonderful experience.
