The base is made of metal along with the chair frame so i am sure this chair will last a long time with vigorous use. The reclining feature is nice, but i dont often use it unless I am watching YouTube or a movie.

Easy to assemble. The lumbar cushion and neck pillow are filled with foam. Sitting is very comfortable, even for a long time (10 hours +).
