Being 5’8” 188lbs with a bad back, I enjoy the lumbar and neck pillow. Takes about 15 minutes to put together by yourself and everything fits nicely.

My previous chair (a different brand) only lasted a year after one foot broke off. The chair also squeaked when I sat on it. I had my doubts about getting another gaming chair, but I am very happy with this one. I sit well and the chair doesn't squeak.

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.
