I work from home and spend 8-10 hours a day in it. It is exactly as advertised and the neck cushion is a nice +. I don't do any gaming so I did not rate that.

Two weeks in use now! It's comfortable beyond measure... I've already found the reclining function to be "very good" with an (unintentional) nap while watching a video, my bed wouldn't have been any more comfortable!

Overall quality is good & it is packed well w/good instructions, arrived via FEDEX quickly. As a 6'3", 260lb, man who spends close to 12 hours at his computer (between work and live streaming) I have to say this is pretty comfortable.
