It is actually quite comfortable, supports my back, it helps me maintain a good posture. It is also easy to adjust, the arm rests and headrest are good, it's very comfortable.

Very comfortable and sturdy chair! It was pretty straightforward to put together, instructions were easy to understand. Got this for my home office for work, and I can sit for long periods of time without needing to shift or get up due to soreness. Would highly recommend for gaming and work!

The nicest part of this chair, in my opinion, is the lumbar support and adjustable headrest.
