The delivery was incredibly fast. Premium packaging, easy to read and follow instructions and an amazing quality product. The chair itself is outstanding—honestly, the best gaming chair I’ve ever had. I can't see myself going with any other brand now; I'm even thinking about collecting more of these chairs! I recently bought a Master chair for my desk, after my partner highly recommended it. I’d been using a dinner chair as my desk chair for over a year, which caused me some back pain. The Master chair has been incredible so far! The back support is amazing, and I love how easy it is to adjust the settings to change my posture throughout the day. I’m really hopeful it’ll help undo the damage from my old chair. Overall, I’m so happy with both the product and the fantastic customer service!
