great chair, very comfortable

Second time ordering DxRacer, shipping time was quick it came within 2 days. Due to all orders coming from FedEx you do have to be home to sign for the package (you can't sign for it like other orders). Assembly was easy and very informative with a big diagram showing you the steps on how to assemble the product. Even though one of the plastic pieces was cracked it is not noticeable. I did not reach out to customer support but from the past they are very informative, and friendly. Online picture does look like what was delivered, and super comfortable on top of it.

The packaging is intact. It took 25 minutes to assemble. Very comfy.
