Easy to assemble. The lumbar cushion and neck pillow are filled with foam. Sitting is very comfortable, even for a long time (10 hours +).

Excellent chair.Just keeps getting more comfortable as I sit in it.Perfect for my back and my height.I'm just over 6'1" and this chair fits.Easy to assemble and I'm legally blind but I had no difficulty putting it together.I don't need the lumbar support at this time but it's nice to have it just in case.I'm a very happy camper.Great chair,glad I bought it.I don't love inanimate objects so I can't give it 5 stars which says "I love it".
