Very comfortable and very good looking. The chair itself is very heavy duty - steel frame and sturdy. The seat, which can be removed, is extremely comfortable. The backrest conforms to your body and supports your back and bottom in an ergonomic manner. The tilt adjuster is great and provides just enough and safe reclining for everyone's preference and then allows you to lock it in. I'm happy with it.
