Easy to assemble with a well pictured instruction pamphlet and then sitting on it for the first time, all I can say... this is one of the most comfortable chair(s) to sit on.

Some people may think the armrests are too short, but for me, the highest height is more than enough for me to play games. The lumbar cushion strikes a balance between softness and firmness, and it remains fixed in position even when you change your posture.

Perfect packaging. The entire chair is filled with premium components. It's a bit firm but very comfortable. The only thing I miss is having wheels with brakes to use with racing simulator pedals, but no chairs come with them, and they have to be purchased separately from third-party sellers.
