Just got this as my new home office chair. Assembly was pretty simple and the chair seems to be of pretty good quality so far. Loving the lumbar support so far.

First off, shipping was extremely fast. I was to assemble it in less than 20 minutes because the instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. It feels sturdy and safe. Overall, it has amazing customer service and this chair is great value.
