We love their products and love their service even more. Always a 5 star from us. PS. We are not gamers. We use them as office chairs, and they are fantastic.

12/05/2016 and now 04/04/2016 the chair has been retired, never broke never had any issues, these GEN 1 dxracers were good but the cushions are flat and the fabrics are beyond stained... beer mostly, milk, food, sweat, boogies and people and friends on it. I believe that to be 7+ years out of a chair i think those years were worth the $300 spent. R.I.P. DXRACER.

Chair was easy to put together, two people make it quick and easy.Chair is comfortable and appears well made, solid and heavy.Delivery was fast and boxes arrived in good condition.Packaging is great molded foam and parts are very well protected.
