The stitching and faux leather are very nice and it is quite soft. The adjustable arm supports are wildly adjustable and it's easy to find a comfortable spot OR lower them enough to fit under a desk.

As soon as you open the box and you see the packaging, you'll know right there that you got something good. Really great chair. The seat is firm, supportive, and comfortable hours in. The pillow is a nice touch, as well as the lumbar support being movable within the seat.
